- The designer's own residence was planned to the south of the main house, which was built about 10 years ago. the first floor has large eaves so as not to block the line of sight from the courtyard of the main house and the ventilation from the surrounding countryside. even in the hokuriku region, where precipitation is abundant, this provides an intermediate area that is unaffected by the weather.
