A house for a family of three with chavos, built on a sloping site with a lot of traffic. it is one of the three subdivisions of what was originally a single site. the existing retaining walls on the site were 2,000 mm and 1,160 mm in length were built at the time of subdivision in order to flatten the back side of the house. the maximum difference in elevation from the front road to the rear of the site is 3,160 mm; the slope on the north side was left in place. the exterior walls are painted a glossy beige with a hint of yellow.
