The site is located in a valley, and groundwater from a large reservoir upstream flows directly under the site. the garden and exterior space between the two buildings was created by dividing them into two separate buildings, creating an indirect connection between life and the town by inserting a blank space between the two buildings, and creating an opportunity to open up the landscape in this quiet residential area.
