The building is a steel-frame ramen structure consisting of three stories, built in the heart of the city center surrounded by medium- and high-rise buildings, including apartment complexes. all of the walls, except for the glass facade, are curtain walls. at the corners, 50mm steel angles are used for both the wall and sash frames.
