- The concrete foundation rising up in the site is planned to create a trigger for a place to stay in the house. conscious of the fact that the house will change over time, the interior finishes, except for the floor, are divided between the concrete foundation and lauan plywood, allowing the wooden portion of the house to be expanded and reconstructed as life changes.
