Outline: This is a four-story combined use residence with tenants on the first and second floors. the site is located on a back street near the national stadium, surrounded by low and mid-rise commercial buildings and residential complexes. the irregularly shaped planes, which were guided by shading regulations, were piled up in a staggered manner, and the empty space was used as a terrace.
