- The site, located in a corner of a villa area, is larger than its surroundings with an area of approximately 2,400 m2, and is covered with greenery and a pond on the south side. in order not to spoil this rich natural environment, the one-story volume is placed on the northeast side, facing the pond. a slope is connected to the gentle slope of the site, and a single-sloping roof covers the entire building.
