- The site is located in the corner of a quiet residential area. Since the intersection in contact is flooded during heavy rain, a 750 mm height difference is provided between the floor height on the first floor and the ground surface of the site, and step -shaped gardens (shelf fields) are arranged, and a large bay window is set on the south side of the building.
