Youmeikan
blue studio
- Outline
- This is a renovation project of "Yomei-kan" which was built in the scenic area of Atami in the early Showa period before the war. It was renovated with the aim of not only preserving it but also passing it on to the next generation, in order to pass on its cultural values, such as its eclectic blend of Japanese and Western styles and its tower-like second floor with a rim-high railing, which indicate the spread of modern villa architecture.
