Tsukuba House
Nobuyasu Hattori
- Outline
- The house is built with a large setback to the front road on the southeast side, and a large courtyard is built inside the L-shaped wall (GL+3,860mm) to ensure privacy and openness to the outside. A brick paving connects the approach to the entrance via the courtyard, and the courtyard, together with the decks on the first and second floors, creates a three-dimensional garden.
