- The gabled volumes are built on a 2×7 floor plan, with sheathing on the east and west sides to house the water supply and entrance. The roof (loft area) is made of triangular trusses and structural plywood to ensure rigidity, and the first floor is constructed using conventional construction methods (pre-cut) to reduce materials and construction costs.
