- The first floor is a pilotis with a ceiling height of 1,960mm, and braces are installed between all the pillars on the perimeter. The design office was contracted to carry out the construction work, and the designer himself carried out the design, site supervision, and on-site work, creating a three-way project between the designer, craftsmen, and the owner.
