Outline: The building is located in a dense urban area with a mixture of shops, office buildings and houses. The three-story volume rises to a maximum height of 9.9 meters, filling the trapezoidal site while avoiding oblique lines. The extra space created by outsourcing part of the lifestyle is called "rooms" and is located along the street on the first floor. They are places to autonomously participate in the activities of the city, and as rooms for rent, they provide economic support for daily life.
