The building is located on a site bordered on the east, south and west by a river and winds blowing down from the mountains on the north. Between the wooden louvered shutters and the glass doors, there is an external terrace with a buffer of 1,300 to 1,700 mm, and by adjusting the distance from the outside with two fittings according to the climate, people can live without using mechanical air conditioning.
