- The first floor is a factory and the second and third floors are houses. The factory has a ceiling height of 3.7m, and the openings on the east and south sides are fitted with shutters and curtains, while the second and third floors are occupied by one family each, with balconies on the south, east and north sides. The second, third and northern floors are occupied by one family each, and have balconies on the south, east and north sides.
