- The building stands on a flagpole site in an area with a mixture of small factories and houses. Two two-story buildings are attached to each side of a flat, gabled, one-story building about 1.5 m wide, 16 m deep, and 8 m high. By placing the buildings at an angle to the site, the view from the surroundings is blocked, and a garden is created around the perimeter of the buildings.
