House in Yamagata
Manabu Aritsuka Architect Atelier
- Outline
- The house is built in a cold region. The openings on the south side let in direct sunlight and heat, and function as a sunroom. On the east side, which is disadvantageous in terms of heat balance, the openings and walls are repeated to reduce heat loss and create transparency.
