- This is the designer's own residence, a renovated maisonette in a 43-year-old apartment building in central Tokyo. The lower floor is partially used as a work space. A series of multi-layered spaces, including the living room, the surrounding terrace, the cityscape, and the distant mountain range. The large one-room space provides a thermal environment for the entire room.
