Outline: The building is located in a residential area in the city center. The southern half of the building is a steel-framed glass box that creates a blank space against the neighboring buildings that fill the entire site. The roof of the glass box is covered with glass with an automatic light control function. The color of the glass changes according to the amount of sunlight.
