- The building stands in a residential area in the city center where low-rise houses and mid-rise buildings are built. A 6x6x18m rectangular building is placed on the trapezoidal site as if floating. The water volume protrudes in accordance with the line of the exterior wall (galvanized steel sheet) along the road.
