- The site is located in a residential area in the heart of the city. The approach to the residence is from the front road on the south and to the workplace from the pedestrian walkway on the north. The exterior walls are made of Corten steel sandwich panels, a monocoque structure that serves as both structure and finish at the same time. Each panel is 2m wide by 6m high and was welded on site.
