House G in Kamata

Outline
The existing part of the 60-year-old wooden house is extended as if it were sandwiched from the north and south. By channeling the horizontal forces to the extension, the existing part in the center of the house is made into a highly flexible space with few walls. + Satoru Dobashi / Urban Environment Research Institute
