The site is located at the northern end of a suburban residential area on a gentle slope. The L-shaped volume is placed to the south in order to keep a distance from the north side where there is a lot of traffic. The terrace on the lower right is intended for BBQ activities and will be semi-outdoor by putting up a tarp in the future. Privacy is secured by the upper terrace with a level difference of about 1.5m.
