- The site is a corner lot in a residential complex, facing a field on the west. The building is placed on the southeast side of the site, with the second floor rotated 45 degrees to the first floor and facing south. The second floor is rotated 45 degrees from the first floor to face the south. This arrangement allows the building to enjoy sunlight in the winter while reducing shadows on the neighboring land.
