- This is a renovation of a reinforced concrete block house completed in 1962 on a slope with a great view. A steel-framed staircase connects the living room on the southeast side of the second floor, which is a new wooden extension, to the roof of the existing detached house (not subject to renovation), allowing access to and from it.
