House for Sound

Outline
This is the architect's own residence located at the foot of Kamigamo Honzan, on a steep slope with mountains on both sides. The house is a two-story reinforced concrete structure with a gable roof and exterior walls made of burnt cedar for external insulation. The approach leads to the back of the site. The existing cherry tree on the slope is utilized.
