The walls, floor and ceiling of this house are made up of 38mm thick SPF wood. Built in an area of heavy snowfall, it is based on the triangular space of Gassho-zukuri, created by alternating combinations of 38mm SPF wood, and examines how to let in light and wind flow like sunlight through trees.
