- Outline
- This wooden one-story house stands on a new subdivision in Karuizawa. The plan of the house opens up in a V-shape against the slope of the adjacent preserved green space, and the roof is built to match the slope of the site. In the living room, a full-length opening to the greenery is contrasted with a slit window that cuts off the view to the neighboring land, and the fittings are hidden behind the pillars.
