The southern exterior of the building is purposely closed because of the possibility of further building around the site, and the light is planned to shine from the top. The cross section of the building is designed to allow light from the roof terrace on the south side and the terrace on the east side to shine through. In order to secure the parking space, the first floor of the building is narrowed and the second floor is widened.
