Outline
A large roof and exterior walls were planned to meet the demand for privacy and a rain-free parking lot. The large roof is cantilevered to control the building-to-land ratio by separating the structure from the exterior walls. Light is taken in from the voids set up vertically. The building is designed to be a two-family house.
