Outline: This is a house completed in 1996 (shown in this magazine 9608). In response to this situation, a wall was built on the first floor to the height where the highway is out of sight, and a spiral staircase connects the first floor to the rooftop with private spaces and water on the third floor. Now, 17 years later, solar panels and an eco-cute have been installed for off-the-grid use.
