- The house is located on a hill between the sea and the forest. It consists of three floors: a basement floor carved below the existing retaining wall, a first floor with two cores and a pilotis space surrounded by earthquake-resistant walls, and a second floor with a rectangular volume floating on the core with a full opening on the west side. The second floor has terraces on three sides except the east side, and the first floor pilotis has a pool terrace open to the sea.
