- "This is the first phase of the house, and at this stage, the concept is to create only the framework of the building, so the interior is a space where the base materials are still exposed. The plasterboard walls have been constructed with a high degree of precision, with brass screws driven into the square-edged boards at a maximum pitch of 450mm.
