- The basement and first floor are made of reinforced concrete, and the second and third floors are made of steel, using standardized materials to achieve a concise design. The façade and outdoor staircase are constructed using a combination of curing frames and single steel pipes. The building is located in an area lined with high-rise condominiums and has two studios, two rental units, and an owner's unit.
