- The exterior of the building is composed of layers of horizontal openings on a site where the green seawall, roadway, planting strip, sidewalk, and river are adjacent and spread out like layers. The eaves placed at each opening also serve as ventilation openings. The interior is made of a series of 60mm thick boards, and various furniture such as a desk, shelves, a seat, a slide, and a sofa are installed to create a place to live with an eye to the outside.
