Portico

Outline
The planning rules for the external spaces are that they should correspond to the external spaces of the neighborhood, both large and small, that they should not be dead ends, and that they should have a similar air volume both inside and outside in the horizontal and vertical directions. Four volumes, each with a private room or an entrance and a stairwell, are placed at the four corners, and connected by a space in the center of the second floor. The openings are determined by the way the light enters and the line of sight passes through, and the relationship with the portico and patio on the first floor is also formed.
