Weekendhouse in Shinanosakai

Outline
A weekend house in a small village within walking distance of the railway station. By separating the skeleton from the infill, we have created a house that is expected to be lived in for a long time. The roof, on which the heat-collecting panels of the OM solar system are placed, is a form inevitably created from the angle of the solar radiation, and the rafters on the gently sloping side spring out from the gassho structure rigidly connected at the top with open stops. The skeleton is by Masahiro Inayama, and the infill is by Makoto Koizumi.
