Oval Forest
YUJI NAKAHARA & ASSOCIATES
- Outline
- The plan, structure, and form of this house were planned while retaining the existing trees in order to create an architecture that is at one with nature. The roof is made of gargoyles to prevent gutters from being clogged with fallen leaves, and the slab is made of inverted beams to provide ventilation from under the floor and space for equipment.
