House K
Yoshichika Takagi+Sekkei-sha
- Outline
- Using the house shape found in the old streets of Sapporo as a key concept, this house was designed to create an open space while taking into consideration the climate of Hokkaido. The house shape is defined as a symbol that defines the inside and the outside, and six house shapes are nested within one large house shape to create a space with a twisted "inside/outside" relationship.
