Outline: This is a demonstration building for verifying the issues and possibilities of LCCM housing, which aims to offset CO2 emissions during construction and operation with CO2 reductions in the amount of electricity equivalent to the energy it produces, and ultimately achieve a negative CO2 balance. Under the keyword of "a house that changes its clothes," the demonstration building proposes a house in which residents can customize their own environment and switch modes according to the surrounding climatic conditions and living scenes.
