Hayama Guesthouse

Outline
A guesthouse adjacent to a house near the sea in Hayama. In order to use it as a guesthouse, the floor is made continuous and the openings can be fully opened so that the earthen floor around the kitchen, the terrace, and the garden can be used as one during parties. The horizontal lines of the eaves, top lights, folded ceilings with integrated lighting, stairwell, and deck are emphasized in a design that expresses the sea.
