A House with Gently Connecting Spaces: a Small House in Kokubunji

Outline
The site is located in an idyllic place surrounded by trees and old mansions. The plan is compact to leave a blank space on the site for later expansion. In the interior spaces, all the spaces are gently connected by vaguely dividing the scattered functions of living with stairs and gaps in the walls. Every detail of the furniture and staircase has been carefully crafted to form the space.
