- A volume with a frontage of 3m and a depth of 6m is divided into two zones of 3.5m in front (on the street side) and 1.6m at the back, with a staircase in between. The 3.5m deep and 1.6m deep zones each have floors that are slightly displaced in level, and spaces with different ceiling heights are skipped and stacked to create a rich cross-sectional composition. The arched windows and doors make the building look charming.
