Outline: This is a completely independent two-family house, with each household living on the first and second floors. The main garden is to the south, and the tsuboniwa garden is to the west, and openings are actively made toward each garden, aiming to create a space without a sense of confinement. The exterior walls are insulated, the sash is a double-layer insulated type, and a centralized 24-hour ventilation fan has been installed to ensure a highly airtight and insulated living space.
