- Located in a suburban residential area overlooking a small park and green hills to the north, the building is composed of different elements: a rectangular volume and pilotis on the first floor, and an L-shaped interior and a lawn rooftop garden surrounded by stainless steel mesh on the second floor. The rooftop garden is visually continuous with the park and greenery in front.
