Outline
The building is located in a dense residential area of Tokyo. Translucent panels are used to create a staggered arrangement of white spaces that also serve as thermal insulation and control light, and rectangular black spaces with fewer openings. The interior has eight different levels of flooring in a continuous spiral pattern.
