Shinkenchiku' is Japan's leading architecture magazine, first published in August 1925. Shinkenchiku archives contemporary architecture in Japan and by Japanese architects, using the finest photographs, drawings, and other materials in a consistent editorial style. 'Jutakutokushu (Housing Special)' was launched in May 1985. As a sister magazine of Shinkenchiku, the journal focuses on housing design works in Japan. The journal also features contemporary housing issues, aimed at responding to the wide range of interests of our readership. 'a+u' was first published in January 1971, as a bilingual (Japanese-English) architectural journal that provides essential architectural coverage from around the globe.

a+u – Architecture & Urbanism – is a bilingual monthly periodical covering global architecture, since January 1971 The journal features direct reporting on individual architects in various countries, and each issue is edited from a unique perspective to efficiently deliver the latest trends to readers. *Issues from 2000 to most current articles are on our archive.
