NIKKKEN SEKKEI TOKYO BUILDING (0308) was renovated from the 1st to 4th floors as a place to experiment with open platform, carbon neutrality, diversity, etc. the 2nd floor was for visitors and the 3rd and higher floors were for employees only, but the 2nd and 3rd floors were connected by a staircase and the 3rd floor was a place for co-creation where collaborators from outside the company could also come and go. the third floor was made a place for co-creation, where collaborators from outside the company could also come and go.
