Rehabilitation of togo memorial hall owned by a shinto shrine near harajuku station. to preserve the view to the pond, the terrace portion of the existing building was demolished and structurally reinforced with steel outframes, and the rooftop slab was demolished to reduce building weight, and a new terrace and eaves were added.
