A redevelopment project planned for a site between kurashiki station and the main street leading to ivy square (7407, 1811, 1911), the bikan historical quarter, kurashiki municipal museum (6009), and other buildings, and the old ichibangai shopping street. the complex will include apartment buildings, a hotel, stores, offices, a clinic, public facilities, a public bathhouse, and a parking lot. the height of the building was kept below 31 m, and the overall volume was divided into two blocks, with eaves, latticework, and a geese pattern in both blocks, to match the streetscape of kurashiki.
